In Memoriam · 1943 – 2019
Jean-Claude ("JC") Sakellarios founded Sakellarios Legal in 1971. He passed away on October 6, 2019. His spirit lives on in the work we do and the people we serve.
Owner · Attorney at Law
Olivier Sakellarios is a methodical, aggressive and highly regarded attorney. His aggressive and determined approach to his cases has gained him a well deserved reputation as one of the top lawyers in the state. Olivier practices at both the state and federal levels in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

Associate Attorney
Paul Spencer is a Manchester native, having attended high school here and then St. Anselm's College. Specializing in criminal defense and marital law, Paul is a tenacious and creative attorney.
Paul began his legal career as a prosecutor in the Hillsborough County Attorney's Office and so carries a wealth of knowledge and experience in criminal law. He is reliable and responsive to clients' needs. He is fluent in the Russian language and previously worked as an interpreter. When not in the office he enjoys fitness, literature, playing classical piano, and singing in his church choir.
Associate Attorney
Attorney Kristin E. Crossland is a New Hampshire family law attorney who focuses her practice on divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, post-divorce modifications, and prenuptial agreements. She also has extensive experience handling domestic violence matters.
A Seabrook, New Hampshire native, Attorney Crossland earned her degree in English Literature from Trinity College, where she attended on a full academic scholarship. She later graduated from Northeastern University School of Law, concentrating in litigation and earning Honors in both criminal and civil procedure. During law school, she completed internships with the Massachusetts Superior Court, the Massachusetts State Senate, and the legal department at Raytheon Company.
Attorney Crossland is fluent in Spanish and is committed to providing thoughtful, effective representation to clients navigating complex family law matters. She resides in Manchester, New Hampshire, with her family.
